On the 21st of July Belgium celebrates its National Day. Godiva likes to celebrate this together with the royal family and launches a new Belgian Chocolate Gift Box with extra festive pralines.
Celebrating our Belgian heritage, thix box contains specially hand picked chocolates that fully embrace our heritage and tastes of Belgium:
• Coeur blanc et noir: a reference to La Grande Place, the heart of Brussels;
• Truffe Crème Brulée (Elisabeth): was made on the occasion of the birth of Princess Elisabeth, our future queen;
• Écusson Lait: the praline represents the coat of arms of Belgium. The lion is the symbol of strength;
• Lady Noir: a praline of dark chocolate with the image of Lady Godiva;
• Truffe Mathilde: a special creation for the wedding of King Philippe and Queen Mathilde.
