This wine has a glossy, ruby red color. The bouquet is very intense and complex where our nose and taste buds are already spoiled at the start with ripe fruit notes of blackberries, plums and sour cherries. As we continue our exploration we discover more and more: soft cookie spices, licorice, almonds, chocolate and vanilla and don't forget the currants! The taste is full and velvety with a pleasantly long finish where a touch of anise provides delicious freshness and keeps the wine nicely balanced.
