1.3. How can I confirm that my payment was processed correctly?

You will receive an email confirming your payment once it is completed (when paying by credit card or PayPal). You can also verify the payment status at your account center.

1.4. I need to correct or check an order that I just placed.

You can review all order details and take action at your account center. Changes you can make at the account center:

- Change the gift message (only if the gift has not been packed or shipped). Please note that all orders are shipped without prices, even if gift options are not requested.

- Edit your contact name, address and phone number

If the system does not allow you to make any of these changes, please call or email the customer service team for further assistance.

3.2. I have a large order. What is the most efficient way to enter it?

We have put together a guideline to explain how to place large orders on our site. Our staff will also be happy to help you enter any larger or more complex orders. First, download our spreadsheet and fill in all information that you can. Email that to us at sales@giftsforeurope.com. Our staff will review the order, then call or email you to finish it. Of course if you have any questions during this process, please call or email.

3.3. How can I order an item that is not offered online?

We will be happy to help customize your corporate gifts (minimum order of 10 gifts). Please let us know what you would like to send, including your budget, the country of destination, the type of item(s) you are looking for, the occasion, and any other details that will help us to make a perfect suggestion for you.
