Pays d’Oc - Languedoc. The Pays d'Oc benefits fully from its Mediterranean climate. The southern coastline provides hot, dry summers for optimal ripening, while the Montagne Noire brings freshness and moisture. The vineyards are located in the western part of the Languedoc. The influence of the Pyrenees combined with Atlantic sea breezes creates balanced terroirs. This Chardonnay is grown on well-drained limestone marl soils near the Canal du Midi, protecting the vines from drought and ensuring a perfect balance between acidity and fruit.
DescriptionAn intense, brilliant yellow colour with golden highlights. The nose offers powerful aromas of white and yellow fruits, with notes of vanilla and toast. On the palate, the rich, buttery texture is balanced by a crisp acidity. The finish is long, with subtle notes of toast and honey.

Pays d’Oc - Languedoc. This 23-hectare vineyard belongs to the young and dynamic winemaker Philippe Laborie and is located near the Mediterranean village of Quarante, 25 km northwest of the historic city of Béziers.
DescriptionDark red wine with a beautiful bouquet of red fruits intertwined with spicy notes. On the palate, soft and round with hints of ripe fruit and a pleasant finish.
