The Folie d'Inès Rosé from Domaine Saint-André is a lovely light and salmon pink rosé with an elegant aromatic scent of fresh raspberries, strawberries and a hint of rose petals. Because the vineyard is located near the Mediterranean, it is a nice fresh wine with plenty of minerality in its long and lively finish.
