Description
Le Black Création Brut is the result of a rigorous selection and blending process by the Cellar Master. Characteristic is the absence of malolactic fermentation, followed by a minimum of 3 years of cellar ageing. This results in a style built on elegance, freshness, fruitiness and vitality. The champagne displays a bright pale yellow colour with fine bubbles, fresh aromas of toast and honey, and a palate of ripe fruit, green apple and citrus, leading to a refreshing finish. 92 points Wine Spectator (2021) and 92 points James Suckling.
