Pommery is the Maison that introduced Brut to the world in 1874. Clément Pierlot, only the tenth chef des caves since 1836, crafts cuvées from meticulous vineyard selection with a unique balance of tradition and modernity. Located in Reims, the extraordinary Château is built on 18 km of chalk cellars. Description
A Champagne with finesse, freshness and elegance. The colour is pale yellow with faint green highlights. The nose is lively and cheerful, light-hearted, fine, delicate and generous. The palate is elegant and lively, with small assertive notes of red fruits. A rounded, rich and delicate wine that lingers in the mouth. In short, a clean taste with no dryness. A very smooth wine that never wanes on the palate.
Grape Variety
33% Chardonnay – 33% Pinot Noir – 33% Pinot Meunier. A selection of 40 crus, 95% rated on the cru scale.
