Bernard Magrez is an influential French wine magnate, born in 1936, and owner of several prestigious Bordeaux estates including Château Pape Clément, Château La Tour Carnet, Château Fombrauge and Clos Haut-Peyraguey. He has expanded his holdings to 42 vineyards across nine countries and is also known for his pursuit of excellence and philanthropic involvement.
DescriptionWith this exceptional cuvée, Bernard Magrez aimed to create a wine symbolising the hard work he invests each year in his five grands crus: Château Pape Clément, Château La Tour Carnet, Château Fombrauge, Château Magrez-Fombrauge and Château les Grands Chênes. This wine represents five core values: never give up, strive for perfection, help others, protect the environment and live with dignity. The 2018 vintage is the first release of this wine. A total of 2500 bottles were produced, each presented in an individual wooden case.
