Since 1850, Chimay authentic Trappist Beer has been made under the supervision of the monks of Scourmont Abbey in Belgium. Using the pure water from the Abbey's wells, they create delicious beers.

Chimay Blue Grande Réserve is a dark, luscious beer with aromas of fruit, chocolate, and creamy caramel with an intensely spicy taste and a candied fruit finish.

Chimay White Cinq Cents is a complex golden ale with a rich fruity flavor with floral and spice notes, a hint of smoke, afternotes of orange peel and red apple, and the perfect amount of hoppy bitterness.

Chimay Première is the oldest beer of the Abbey. This rich brown beer is balanced and fruity with flavors of toffee and oranges, the sweet malty tastes of nougat and biscuit, and a minerality and smooth bitterness to finish.
