What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a wide range of payment options including PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. The exact payment methods available are tailored to your billing country. Bancontact/Mister Cash is available for customers in Belgium. At your request, it is also possible to pay by wire transfer, please email us for this option.

Can I pay in my own currency?

We offer the option to order in three different currencies: United States Dollar (USD), Euro (EUR) and British Pound (GBP). USD is the default currency.

Once you have selected the delivery destination for your gift, you can set your preferred currency. On the top left corner of the site it states, “Shopping in USD…” Click on the USD to open a dropdown menu where you may change the currency.

How can I be sure my order and payment are secure?

We take security of your billing and payment information very seriously. Our site is routinely reviewed and verified by 3rd party security organizations such as Network Solutions and McAfee. We use a leading online payment service provider, Ogone / Ingenico ePayments, a PCI-approved European payment gateway to process all credit card payments. Your credit card data is never stored in our database. Our ordering system employs state-of-the-art data encryption to ensure that your personal information will never be viewed by any unauthorized individuals.

Do you store credit card numbers?

To ensure your safety, GiftsForEurope does NOT store credit card numbers in our databases. Please check our Privacy and Security Policy to learn more.

Why is my credit card being refused? I know I have sufficient funds!

For safety reasons, some credit card companies block overseas transactions. In case this happens, we recommend contacting your credit card issuer. You can then order again, or call us to complete the payment by phone. Please be sure to reference our incorporated company name, NAYAN NV, when talking to your credit card company (and note that payment originates in Belgium).

How do I get an invoice for my order?

You may request an invoice by checking the box next to “Yes, I would like to receive an invoice as a proof of purchase.” on the billing information page. Companies located in the European Union can also enter a VAT number. Once your order has been shipped, we will email an automated invoice.
