Help with Ordering

How do I place an order online?

For your convenience, we created a short guide on how to easily place your order online.

Country

Select the country where you want your gift delivered.

Currency

Choose your preferred currency from the menu beneath the categories on the left. US dollar (USD) is standard. You can change to Euro (EUR) or British Pounds (GBP) if you prefer.

Gifts

We have a large choice of great gifts. Navigate through the categories at the left of the page to make your selection. Click on "Composition Info" to learn more about any gift.

Delivery Method

Found your gift? Choose your preferred delivery method from the dropdown menu under the price and click on "Add to Shopping Cart." Learn all about delivery options here. You can add multiple items and even ship to different countries in one order by changing the country at the top right of every page. If you are shipping multiple items to the same address, be sure to select the option of "Same Address" when adding the additional item to the shopping cart (this will automatically appear as an option once an item is in the cart).

Shopping Cart

Review your order in the shopping cart. Once you have everything you need, click the "Checkout" button to place your order.

Order Information

Complete all information for the delivery address and then enter your billing address. For questions about a delivery address, click here for help with European addresses.

Payment

You can view your complete order summary in the payment tab. To proceed, select your preferred payment method. We offer a wide range of payment options including all major credit cards and many banking systems. You can leave an optional comment for our Customer Care Team at this step.

Confirmation

Once your payment is complete and processed, you will receive an order confirmation email and an account will be created for you.

Can you help me enter a large order?

Definitely yes! For fewer than ten gifts, ordering directly online is the easiest option. The instructions below will help you order for multiple destinations and recipients:


Send several gifts to ONE destination, ONE RECIPIENT
  1. Select your first gift and put it in the shopping cart.
  2. Click on “Add Another Item” button at the bottom right of your cart (next to the green “Checkout” button).
  3. When you return to shopping, the default option on the drop down menu under the shipping method on the product pages will be "same address; same recipient.”
  4. Continue adding gifts to your shopping cart until you are ready to proceed to checkout.
  5. When you use this system, you will optimize your shipping and handling costs.
Send several gifts to ONE destination, SEVERAL RECIPIENTS
  1. Select your first gift and put it in the shopping cart.
  2. Click on “Add Another Item” button at the bottom right of your cart (next to the green “Checkout” button).
  3. When you return to shopping, use the drop down menu under the shipping method to select "same address; different recipient.”
  4. Continue adding gifts to your shopping cart until you are ready to proceed to checkout. Note: even if sending the same gift to each recipient, each item must be added to the shopping cart individually to allow the opportunity to enter a different recipient’s name for each gift.
  5. When you use this system, you will optimize your shipping and handling costs.
Send gifts to SEVERAL destinations, SEVERAL RECIPIENTS
  1. Select your first gift and put in the shopping cart.
  2. Click on “Add Another Item” button at the bottom right of your cart (next to the green “Checkout” button).
  3. When you return to shopping, use the drop down menu under the shipping method to select "different address.”
  4. Continue adding gifts to your shopping cart using this process until you are ready to proceed to checkout.
  5. During the checkout process you will be prompted to enter the individual recipients’ names, addresses, and messages.

If you have more than ten gifts, we suggest using our easy electronic order form. Fill in all information you have and email it to us. We will enter the order and call you with any questions and to complete the order. Need help?

Do I have to log in or have an account to place an order?

An account will be set up automatically for you once you complete your order. If you are a returning client, you can log in first to keep all your order history together. Access your Account Center here.

In which currencies can I order?

We offer the option to order in three different currencies: United States Dollar (USD), Euro (EUR) and British Pound (GBP). USD is standard.

Once you've selected the destination for your gift, you can select your preferred currency at the left of any page that displays multiple gifts, under "Change Currency". If you already have a gift selected and want to change currency, just back up one screen and you will see the option there.

Can I place a customized order?

Yes. When ordering more than ten units of a particular product, or for a gift valued at over $500, our staff is happy to customize the gift of your choice. Please email us or call to learn more.

Can I include a gift message with my order?

Yes, you will be able to add your personal gift message during checkout under the delivery address.

Will my recipient see the price of the gift?

No. All orders are shipped as gifts. No pricing information is displayed on products or paperwork included in the package.

The date showing on the website is earlier than I want my gift delivered, do I have to wait to order?

You can order as early as you like. You can change the delivery date in the dropdown menu when entering the delivery address information.

What is the format for European delivery addresses?

It is important to have a full and complete delivery address when shipping in Europe. Here are a few tips on how to enter a European delivery address:

  • In some countries, such as Germany, the street name precedes the house or property number (ex: Main Street 44). In the UK and France, the house number precedes the street name (ex: 44 Main Street).
  • Only the United Kingdom and the Netherlands have letters in zip codes. For all other countries, please remove the letter in front of the code. For example, Germany should be 88888, not D-88888 or DE-88888. Postal code lengths vary by country.
  • The Republic of Ireland does not use postal codes.
  • Addresses in the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom usually also include the name of the county.
  • In most countries, nothing is required for the "State" field, but you may add the region or department if you know it.
  • Please include a local phone number so we can reach the recipient in case of any delivery issues.

When possible, our customer care specialists will correct a delivery address if needed. Should we be unable to correct the address ourselves, we will place your gift on hold and contact you to ensure that the delivery address is complete and correct.

I'm sending a gift to the Republic of Ireland, what do I put in the postal code field?

If your delivery address has no postal code, you can put 'n/a' in the zip code field. If you're sending a gift to Dublin, you can enter the city district code instead. Please note that if your gift is going to Northern Ireland, the country should be United Kingdom and the postal code will contain letters and numbers.
