Description

Intense straw-yellow colour with brilliant clarity and a subtle bronze hue. Fine and persistent mousse. The nose reveals complex aromas of white peach, quince, currants and white flowers. On the palate, freshness and finesse are expressed through notes of citrus fruits and pink grapefruit. The long finish is marked by delicious pastry aromas reminiscent of crème caramel.
